Mr. Schreiber was appointed CEO of Conversion Labs in June of 2018. He along with his partner Stefan Galluppi were co-founders and seed investors in the e-commerce business that is now wholly owned by Conversion Labs. Mr. Schreiber is also the founder and President of JLS Ventures, a San Juan, Puerto Rico based venture capital and advisory firm that focuses on emerging growth publicly traded healthcare and technology companies. Additionally, he is a founder and member of the Board of Directors of Quantum Computing, Inc. Prior to founding JLS Ventures, Mr. Schreiber held various positions in finance and healthcare consulting. When not working, he is usually enjoying the island of Puerto Rico or traveling with his wife and 2 daughters.
Anthony G. Bruzzese, M.D.
Dr. Bruzzese has served as Chairman of our Board of Directors since April 2004. He is a practicing radiologist in Warwick, Rhode Island, certified by both the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Radiology. Since 1997, Dr. Bruzzese has served as a principal at Toll Gate Radiology, Inc., providing patients with comprehensive diagnostic imaging services. Dr. Bruzzese also has served on the medical staffs at Roger Williams Medical Center since 2008 and Landmark Medical Center since 2011. He previously served on the medical staff at Kent County Memorial Hospital in Rhode Island from 1997 to 2005. Dr. Bruzzese has served as a Fellow, Councilor and Alternate Councilor to the American College of Radiology on behalf of the Rhode Island Radiology Society. Dr. Bruzzese received his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Medicine from Brown University. Dr. Bruzzese brings to the Board of Directors over 20 years of experience in medical practice.
Michael Borenstein, M.D., Ph.D.
Dr. Borenstein is a board-certified dermatologist who specializes in medical and surgical dermatology, as well as the latest techniques in laser treatments and cosmetic dermatology. Dr. Borenstein received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University and his medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine. Dr. Borenstein joined Gardens Dermatology after completing his internship in internal medicine and residency in dermatology and cutaneous surgery at the University of Miami School of Medicine. Dr. Borenstein completed his Ph.D. in molecular and cellular pharmacology at the University of Miami. Dr. Borenstein is an active member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Dermatology, Florida Society of Dermatology, the Florida Society of Dermatologic Surgeons, and the Palm Beach County Dermatology Society.
Joseph V. DiTrolio, MD
Chief Medical Officer - U.S., Director
Joseph V. DiTrolio, MD, is a Diplomate of the American Board of Urology, a Clinical Professor of Surgery, Division of Urology at New Jersey Medical School, the Treasurer, Board of Governors for the Stone Center of New Jersey, and the immediate past Chairman of the Department of Urology for the St. Barnabas Medical Center Healthcare System.
Dr. DiTrolio has served as a medical consultant for Fortune 500 Healthcare companies including Novartis, Sanofi-Aventis, AstraZeneca, Allergan, et al. He is also the current Medical Director for OneMedPlace. He is the holder of several patents.
Dr. DiTrolio’s experience across patient care, clinical research, and new product development brings great value to iNR Wellness MD as the Company prepares to rollout new dietary supplement product lines through physician networks and practices. Dr. DiTrolio is a graduate of the University of Richmond, University of Paris, Sorbonne. He received his Medical Degree from New Jersey Medical School.
Chief Operating Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Director
Mr. Galluppi has an extensive background in direct to consumer marketing. In addition to building proprietary technology to facilitate and optimize advertising campaigns for maximum efficiency and profitability. Mr. Galluppi was also instrumental in helping create the framework for an optimal back-end office infrastructure which supported multiple National TV direct response advertising campaigns rated among the top 10 on the national TV IMS report rankings for performance.
John R. Strawn, Jr.
Mr. Strawn has served as a member of our Board of Directors since July 2011. Mr. Strawn brings to the Board of Directors over 25 years of legal experience, including extensive knowledge of our intellectual property portfolio. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. Mr. Strawn has successfully represented the company for over 10 years, including in a dispute over the ownership and licensing of multiple patents. After prevailing in a jury trial that was upheld on appeal in 2009, the matter was settled on favorable terms for the company. In 2010, Mr. Strawn became a founding partner of Strawn Pickens LLP in Houston, Texas. Prior to founding Strawn Pickens, Mr. Strawn was the Co-Managing Partner of Cruse Scott Henderson & Allen LLP, a law firm based in Houston, Texas, since 1992. Mr. Strawn received his Juris Doctor from the University of Texas Law School and his bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College.
Mr. Velge has over twenty-five years' experience in multi-disciplinary, early stage venture investing in the mining, technology and healthcare sectors. He has been a Director since 1992 of several family owned companies which are directly or indirectly active in the wine, logistics, industrial and financial sectors in Belgium, France and the UK. Additionally, Mr. Velge is a managing director and co-founder of a family office that trades IPOs, equities, as well as forex products. He serves as a Director of another U.S. based portfolio company, Quantum Computing, Inc.
Mr. Walters is the Co-Founder and CEO of Catalyst Sports & Media. Prior to that, he served as the founder, President and CEO of Relativity Sports, which he grew, through acquisitions and aggressive recruiting, into the second largest sports agency in the world. While at Relativity Sports, Mr. Walters represented star athletes such as Larry Fitzgerald, Leonard Williams and Dez Bryant. Mr. Walters also served as Relativity Media's Co-President, overseeing certain areas of the company's day-to-day operations in business segments such as Music, Fashion, and Digital Technology. He has also produced more than 20 films and television productions, such as "We're the Millers", "One in a Billion", and Grammy-nominated "I'll Sleep When I’m Dead". He has also supervised and created soundtracks for more than 80 films, including blockbusters such as "The Fighter", "The Big Lebowski", "American Pie", and "Blade II".
